At Brickcraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
